What's Excluded: Damage caused by accidents, collisions, curb impacts, off-road use, or misuse. Repairs to suspension, steering, tires, or related components. Modified or lifted vehicles that fall outside manufacturer alignment specifications. Alignment services performed outside of LaFontaine Automotive Group Locations. Eligibility & Enrollment: 1. Vehicle Specific Program. a) Enrollment is tied to one (1) specific vehicle by VIN. b) Coverage cannot be transferred to another vehicle or individual. 2. Initial Qualification. a) The initial alignment service must be performed at a participating LaFontaine location at the time of the program purchase. b) Vehicle must be deemed safe and serviceable at the time of enrollment (e.g., no suspension damage, abnormal tire wear, or unsafe modifications). 3. Guest Participation Requirement. a) To maintain active eligibility, guests must bring their vehicle to any participating LaFontaine service department every six (6) months for a complimentary alignment inspection. b) Failure to complete a required inspection within a 30-day grace period of the 6-month interval, will result in program cancellation without refund. 4. Program Cost. a) One-time cost, plus applicable taxes and fees, may differ by store, contact dealer for details. b) Non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Program Terms and Conditions: 1. Duration: Coverage remains valid for the lifetime of the registered vehicle (until vehicle is sold, traded, totaled, or no longer owned by the enrolled guests). 2: Cancellation: a) Coverage will terminate automatically if 6-month inspection intervals are not met. b) No refunds or credits will be issued for missed intervals or program cancellation. 3. Transferability: The program is non-transferable between vehicles or owners. 4. Modifications or Termination: a) LaFontaine Automotive Group reserves the right to modify or terminate the Alignments for Life program at any time, with notice, to participating guests as required by law. b) Guests enrolled prior to the program termination will continue to receive benefits per the terms active at their date of enrollment.
